Williamston Nursing Home is nestled in the picturesque village of Houghton, Pembrokeshire, conveniently located just off Burton Road between Haverfordwest and Neyland. This converted mansion exudes charm and elegance, featuring splendid lounges, halls, and dining rooms, all set within acres of extensive, beautifully maintained grounds.

The home offers accommodation for up to 34 residents in both single and shared bedrooms, many of which are equipped with en-suite bathrooms. We provide a comprehensive range of care services, including respite, day care, residential, nursing, and long-term care, tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident. Nikki Richards

Care Home Manager

Nikki began her career in care in 2001 as a Care Assistant at Williamston, while also working through an agency in various care homes across Pembrokeshire. After achieving her Level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care, she was promoted to Senior Carer. In 2013, she completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Adults’ Residential Management) for Wales and Northern Ireland.

Over the years, she worked closely with the management team and held the role of Senior Care Manager before being appointed Home Manager in June 2024.
